I bought a Dudoir phot session through Amazon Local Deals a while back. Seeing some of the classical and neo-classical paintings I was hoping to emulate in the shoot, my photographer suggested the possibility of a red comforter. I knew right where to go. Amazon had this beautiful, luxuriant yet light-weight comforter in just the right color. It served well as the backdrop for some of our images, but when I got it home, it really came into its own. I spread it on the bed, folded over, then slid into it; it's so light, yet enveloping, I felt like I was merging with a cloud. I didn't want to get up, and this was just a test. Comforters are generally for cold weather, but I highly recommend getting this comforter into your home, not only because it may fall out of stock, but you may find yourself as I did, rushing home to your beautiful new comforter. Dinner will have to wait. I see at the moment that it's sold through Elegance Linen. I have no disrespect for them, but I bought mine through Amazon's vendor Bespolitan. As I noted in the shipper comments, they packaged the comforter securely - I think it could float in a flood and be dry. Bespolitan - again, no slight intended toward Elegance Linen here - included a customer service card urging anyone with concerns to contact them, that they "will immediately rectify any issues that may be present." That was reasurring, though in this case, unneeded.
