My son enjoys the extra privacy a bed tent can provide. He had one that only covered part of his bed. For his birthday we decided to upgrade things. He is ecstatic. My daughter and I are both at least a little jealous.The fabric is stretch and breathable while still filtering out light. Putting the tent together was pretty easy. I did have some help. Largely because in a confined space it was easier to have someone on both sides of the tent to thread the rods.The tent fits over the mattress. It does need to have something to brace the tent rods on. My son has a platform bed, so it just tucks into the corners between the frame and the mattress.Three of the four sides have flaps that can be opened or closed. The one end has a solid and mesh flap. It allows for easy access to headboard storage.I would buy this again and most likely will for my daughter.
