With no available reviews, we took the chance of ordering the house bunk for our kids. The package delivery was much delayed even though it was prime delivery. It arrived on the rainiest day of the year with box soaking wet.Fortunately the damages were minimal, but noticed few scratches along the boards and the bed platform support frames were not sanded at all. Had to manually sand them to avoid splinters. Worst part of the package was the missing assembly manual. The instruction was no where to be found. Reached out to Amazon support to no avail and the seller does not have a contact or even a website.After searching the internet, was able to locate the manual for a different brand with same bunk bed instructions.For the most part, assembly took about 3 hours but it had many missing screws and bolts. Luckily I am a handy guy so was able to reach into my stash to find compatible screws.Many of the boards were missing the numeric labels/stickers - making it a challenge to follow the assembly instruction.Next, the build quality is okay but question the stability . The bed shakes quite a bit every time our 6yr goes climbs onto top bunk. The instability seems to be from the lack of supporting cross frames on the lower portion of the bunk. The slide works but is too short causing a steep incline which enables too fast of drop for kids.Overall, its a nice looking bunk but extra components can make it better.
