Package came quick & the box had no damage on the exterior. The inside had no indication of damage just rubbing marks from the box on the frame. The marks seemed to come off easily in some areas, so I continued to assemble the bed. After putting the entire bed together I noticed a large dent in the top bunk frame. The marks didn’t come off in many areas and if I hadn’t put the entire thing together I would have returned it. But I didn’t want to have to disassemble and reassemble a second time. My daughters were already so excited to sleep in their new bed that I didn’t want to have to tell them it was getting returned. The price was a great deal and it’s sturdy enough for my children until they are older.Love the look and my kids are so happy, only thing is putting the slats on is so complicated. Anytime you finally get the slates out in one side it falls out the other side. Definitely need 2 peopleBuilding this bed is like trying to build and jungle at the same time. Has materials to screw to the wall, do it or it will fall over.This product came without any instructions, wood split way to easily, whole did not always line up. It is cute but would not by again. This was way more complicated than it needed to be with lack of instructions. Had to search the internet to find some and print them out. After that they were still very confusing to follow.Aside from the wood being really cheap and splitting even though you are as careful as can be, the instructions are the WORST. It’s a puzzle. The first box came with no instructions or hardware so they told me to order a second time. The second box came with the instructions, but literally HALF the hardware is functional THEN when trying to assemble the bed with what should have been TWO different orders with of parts...THERE ISN'T EVEN ONE BED WORTH OF PARTS between the two of the boxes. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. COMPLETE TRASH.
