I'm not sure in what universe this mattress would qualify as "futon" style. While the cushion may technically be of width to fit on a queen size futon frame, don't be fooled -- the mattress is so awkward and thick that it's nearly impossible to fold much less sit on comfortably. You might as well try and use a regular spring mattress on your futon frame. A waste of money for the price($300+ !!) and don't expect to get a return from the shipper unless the box is unopened.
